Booking Agreement & Terms

By booking a place at Kids Club Calverley, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to our policies and terms and conditions, including behaviour expectations, safeguarding procedures, illness policy, collection arrangements and liability terms.

You also confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you will inform us of any medical needs, allergies or additional support requirements prior to attendance.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect our ability to safely care for your child.

Completion of booking constitutes acceptance of our policies and procedures.
