Mindful Monday Special 🌿🧘♀️
Our Mindful Monday sessions include a small additional fee, as we’ll be hosting specialist Happy Yoga Kids sessions throughout the day.
Children will be introduced to mindful practices through fun and engaging activities, including yoga, storytelling, creative play, and plenty of indoor and outdoor experiences. These sessions are designed to promote wellbeing, confidence, relaxation, and self-awareness in a positive and nurturing environment.
We can’t wait to help your children start their week feeling calm, happy, and inspired!
